- Working alongside with other business functions and departments by providing strategic point of view from the department handled
- Developing for the short and long term goals of the O&T organisation related to the Processes, Risk Controls and Human Resources by providing a high-quality customer services through the processes and platforms to deliver a high customer satisfactions
- Create and maintain a strong compliance and control throughout the O&T organisation that are able to progressively adapting to changes in the regulatory and compliance environment
- Responsible to lead the regulatory reporting and by identifying all changes to new regulatory requirements related to any of the business area
- Working closely with the the regional Trade and Treasure Client Operations head
- Collaboratively coordinate with all stakeholders to implement successful implementation of Business and Operations Imperatives
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Economics, Business and Management or Finance in a reputable university, Master's degree is preferred
- 15+ years of experience in a management position with experience of managing a large scale numbers of employees reporting directly
- Demonstrate a strong attention to detail with excessive problem solving skills
- Experienced in meeting financial plans and delivering in results
- Native English speaker
