- Undertakes the majority of routine tasks concerning the inspection, fault-finding, repair, and maintenance of equipment in their own area specialization (for example metrology, calibration, mechanics, electrical systems, instrumentation, and automation).
- Is responsible for setting up and maintaining utilities production and supply, facilities, production equipment and components including control, automation and internal IT devices.
- May lead small-scale projects in their own area of specialisation or contribute intput to more complex projects in their own area of specialisation or contribute input to more complex projects.
- Perform maintenance of equipment/facilities, modifications/projects, to support company activities
- Execute machinery repair order as per define schedule.
- Analyze the result, machine error message, and information obtainted from operators in order to diagnose machinary problems.
- Solve trouble shooting of all possible technical problems particulary in electrical and mechanic aspects which may occur.
- Conduct regular machinery maintenance as per assigned schedule.
- Maintenance of filtering HVAC system, machine air handling systems and electric steam boiler.
- Ensure that safety precautions are taken before every work is conducted within his responsibility.
- Involve in Technical Services continuous improvement program to reach good productivity.
- Other tasks assigned by Manufacturing Facility Foreman or Supervisor.
- Implement Health & Safety practice in the work place as per applied HSE Policy.
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies
Technical Skill & Competencies/Language:
- Having Broad knowledge of GMP.
- Technical Equipment Know How (Technical Equipment Maintainance).
- Business process analysis (general business knowledge)
- Good communication
- Good analytical thinking, act with high integrity, have high learning awareness
- At lease Vocational school majoring Mechanical or Electrical or equivalent
- 1-3 years' experience as a technician/ mechanic in a pharmaceutical company
- Practical experience in mechanical, electrical and HVAC maintenance
- Willing to work in our site manufacturing location in Pulomas, Jakarta
