Our client is a well established global MNC healthcare company with various product portfolios across Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
- Improve sales efficiency of our distributor reps especially in hospitals and profitable retail channels
- Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI for organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
- Establish & maintain close relationships with KOLs & Key Accounts to develop product branding
- Analyzing market trends and competitors' activities, and monitoring and analyzing performance metrics and suggesting improvements
- Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience in Healthcare industry
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business or related field
- Have a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Prior experience dealing with diagnostics, diabetes care etc would be highly preferred
- Strong network with KOLs and/or Key Accounts in Retail and Hospitals
- Possess good organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.

- Fluent in English and excellent communication skills
