- Handle end-to-end HR process (recruitment-exit interview)
- Handle administrative task for BPJS, payroll, and others
- Manage the maintenance of staff data and records in the HRIS databases
- Work closely with HR Head to plan and execute hospital-wide staff engagement idea/activities (e.g., bonding events, themed office day, etc.)
- Bachelor's of any major
- Min 1-2 year experience in HR
- Experience in administrative task (BPJS, Payroll, etc)
