Job Responsibilities & Duties:
We are a payment service provider in the Southeast Asia region to businesses (i.e. merchants) looking to accept digital and online payments (including credit and debit cards) by delivering a suite of e/m-Commerce payment gateway solutions, payment-related marketing and consulting services. Certified by the leading international payment schemes such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, and China UnionPay, RDP offers a complete range of secure payment processing solutions in markets such as Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and more to come. We are looking for a self-motivated sales hunter with exposure specifically, in the Hospitality industry.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identify emerging markets, potential clients and decision makers
- Develop business proposals and pitches for clients
- Engaging prospects and presenting products/solutions to clients in areas such as hospitality, travel, retail and digital
- Understanding client's concerns and provide possible solutions
- Establish and maintain good relations with clients
- Oversee the merchant implementation process
- Achieve yearly sales target (KPI) and report sales & performance to management regularly
- Stay up to date with industry news
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or Property Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales involving online payments and eCommerce
- Working knowledge of Online Travel Agencies (OTA), Internet Booking Engines (IBE) or Property Management Systems (PMS), payment gateway or merchant acquiring is strongly preferred
- Experienced in selling to mid-market and enterprise
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with a high level of energy
- Proven sales hunter background with track record of success
- Strong communication & presentation skills in English
