- Manage and ensure all Human Resources strategic goals, programs and processes are effectively run and optimally supporting business operations
- Lead and manage initiatives and projects to improve HR Service Delivery and ensuring resolution, day-to-day support, and full implementation of new and existing services/processes
- Build strong relationships with all internal stakeholders, clients and affiliates
- Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet corporate standards and goals
- Drive HR transformation in positioning human resources as a business partner in the organization to ensure all people-related initiatives align with business goals
- Lead, coach, mentor and build the capabilities of HR team to be operationally strong
- Partner with executive leadership and key operations leaders on the development of a workforce strategy and executable plan
- Design, implement, and monitor key HR operations metrics to provide necessary data files and reporting to support business processes and prepare performance presentations
- Develop talent management strategies to identify, develop and retain critical talents to build talent pipeline with the objective of meeting staffing needs and facilitates succession planning
- Act as the key advisor on all employee relations issues and effectively communicate to all levels of employee relation matters. Facilitate employee conflict resolution, disciplinary and grievance processes
- Providing qualitative employee relations services addressing employees' queries and acting as an adviser to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures
- Assist in drive the transformation and implementation of HR technology solutions align with the HR strategy and business objectives
- Proven leadership experience with accumulated 10-15years of working experiences in leading end-to-end HR Operations
- Experience in a variety of transformation and change management processes, ie. digitalization, restructuring and culture enhancement/change
- Experience working in local corporations and/or multinationals with matrix orgnanization structure and multi businesses
- Strong business acumen and well-rounded mindset to manage and serve different entities with different businesses
- Strong experience in identifying HR Service Delivery optimization opportunities and driving the subsequent implementation of related initiatives
- Tech-savvy and strong project management as well as process oriented
