1. Develops and monitors project time plans, incorporates interdependencies of activities, critical path timelines and risk/contingency options, including use of resources. Ensures project timelines include cross-functional input and decision points and ensures alignment of critical workflows with the project plan.
2. Assesses new projects within D2D. Provides preliminary technical, logistical, cost, timeline, customer service, risk/benefit and other feasibility implications. Ensures launch success criteria are clearly defined.
3. Develops project implementation plans, including resource allocation, critical path timelines and risk/contingency options. Ensures project timelines (MS Project) include cross-functional input and decision points. Oversees and ensures alignment of critical workflows with the project plan.
4. Ensures that project activities/timelines for multi-faceted projects are integrated.
5. Leads multi-site, cross-functional commercialization implementation teams and oversees coordination/execution of activities. Manages project scope, cost, timing, and quality. Identifies and resolves team/project issues that may impact deliverables.
6. LEasd PSQC governance meetings and manages project communication to business teams across D2D Assesses and facilitates critical project decisions with business teams and/or sr. management to ensure project priorities are optimized.
7. Manages project financial tracking & contingency planning (trial costs, COG's, CAPEX, etc.)
8. Tracks process metrics and project success criteria. Reports performance measures. Ensures post-launch reviews are conducted.
9. Conducts or facilitates root cause investigations when project or process deviations occur, and identifies resolutions or corrective actions.
10. Applies leading edge web-based pipeline and project management processes and business/product development/supply chain knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to meet or exceed customer expectations and achieve on-time ship-to-trade delivery.
11. Progresses to become an expert on the SEcureWAy management process or any Danone Pojrect Lifecycle Management SYstem
12. May require the supervision and training of a project coordinator or activity manager
- Computer skills, including demonstrated experience with electronic project management, resource management and document workflow tools
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership/facilitation, decision-making, process management, analytical skills, negotiating and conflict-management skills, risk management, and written and oral communication
- PMP Certification (ideally already certified, or committed to obtain certification in the role), certification in Agile project management a plus
