- Research and Analyze various product features on the market
- Owning and strategize product deliveries to drive user acquisition and user retention
- Ensuring a bug-free experience for users
- Understanding users' behaviour and improve user acquisition and retention
- Provide insight and feedback to the internal team (Flow, Features, Balancing, Content, etc.)
- Ideate and deliver unique features to be product's unique selling proposition
- 4 years of experience in Product Management.
- Excellent Communication Skill
- Demonstrate strong problem solving skill with data driven approach.
- Experience in delivering 0-1 product and experience in scaling 1-10 would be an advantage too.
- Candidate who are open for Working From Office arrangement.
- Enthusiastic in Agriculture Industry would be an advantage
- Proficient in Bahasa and English Language, both verbal and written
- Exceptional competency in analytical skills by understanding ambiguous problem statements, performing insightful analysis and coming up with solutions and execution
