As a Senior Manager on site for Human Resources, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing and executing end-to-end HR matter on site
  • Understanding site needs, problems, and finding a solution for each needs
  • Handling Industrial and Community Relation matters around the area
  • Working together with other functions to ensure smoothness of site
  • Strategically planning the growth and business development of the company

As a Senior HR Manager on site, the requirements include:
  • Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university
  • Minimum of 8 years experience within human resources, 5 years in managerial position
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken
  • Proven track record of being top HR position on site
  • Previous experience in multinational company and local conglomerates are a huge plus
  • Experienced in mining and smelting industry
  • Open for rellocation to Balikpapan and/or roster system
  • Good communication skill, able to work in a matrix organization
