As a Senior HR Manager on site, the requirements include:
- Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university
- Minimum of 8 years experience within human resources, 5 years in managerial position
- Fluency in English both written and spoken
- Proven track record of being top HR position on site
- Previous experience in multinational company and local conglomerates are a huge plus
- Experienced in mining and smelting industry
- Open for rellocation to Balikpapan and/or roster system
- Good communication skill, able to work in a matrix organization
