MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
To assist EAM F&B in the overall administration and operations of the F&B Division in sections appointed, to maximize profits, maintain food / beverage / service quality, staff performance and ensure customer satisfaction consistent with Shangri-La Experience Standards, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the operation.
REQUIREMENTS:
Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia shall be considered
Excellent command of English
University degree or diploma in hotel management
Minimum 2 (two) years of work experience in a similar capacity in an international luxury hotel brand
Ability to work independently, and adopt a well-organized, logical approach to deliver quality work in a fast paced environment
Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to develop relationships at all levels
Pleasant and charming personality
Knowledge of computers and mobile application
Flexible and able to work extended hours when required
