- Overseeing project management including managing all stakeholders and keeping an eye on the time line
- Designing risk mitigation plan
- Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach when possible
- Managing project and adapt work when necessary
- Conducing project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
- Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects
- Coordinating all resources needed for the projects detailed reports for executive staff
- Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree in business/engineering/management/finance from reputable university
- At least 7 years of experience working in a high paced environment
- Experience in management consulting company or CEO Office role in start up company is highly preferred
- Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
- Good verbal and written English is a must
- Had the exposure handling high value projects that involves different types of stakeholders (government, private vendors, internal stakeholder, etc).
