Responsibilities:
-Managing 900+ manpower in 10+ location mainly at SCBD area
-Leading two service managers and one admin operation staff
-Performing inspection of building on specified basis
-Organizing plan and evaluation process
-Developing professional relationship with clients, and selling add on services to customers
Requirements
-Bachelor or D3 degree in hospitality management is preferred
-3+ years experience in managing similar role, especially in leading team management
-Understand of budgeting planning
-Solid knowledge of highrise or gondola job, and K3 process
-Obtained TK 1 certification (highrise) is a plus
