Job Summary:
To assist Medical Marketing Manager on the detail of operational work to implement medical marketing program.
The key areas of responsibilities include:
- Help Medical Marketing in executing marketing programs (Innovation Campaign Event, CME, ICA, RTD, MEP, GD, Third Party event etc.) by contacting appointed contractor for materials development, coordinating the development of invitation with Sales Team, collecting post docs, compiling medical request on routine materials etc.
- Help allocate promotional materials and communicate it to Medical Sales Team to ensure materials received in each area as scheduled.
- Help Medical Marketing to complete required document related to event.
- Do proper monitoring and filing consultancy agreement of Key Operational Leader.
- Build relationships with key internal and external contacts to effectively work on assigned jobs.
General Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, any major is accepted.
- At least 6 months management experience in administration or other functions related to sales in consumer goods/infant business.
- Demonstrate ability to work in fast-paced and multi-task environment. Show sense of urgency and work proactively with minimum supervision.
- Demonstrate adaptability on working in a highly regulated industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
- Knowledgeable about Enfamil A+ business.
