- Lead the development, design and implementation of the Shared Service function including the processes, tools and metrics that optimize HR and Employees services and solutions.
- Oversee and ensure the development and implementation of efficient transaction processes, teams and support systems that are aligned to the strategic HR goals.
- Act as a change agent to drive innovation and process improvements across organizations.
- Ensure HR service levels are met and exceeded and all operation metrics are trending in a positive direction
- Oversee and implement an effective organisational processes/procedures to ensure operational compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Effectively analyse large amounts of complex data into relevant insights and usable information; presentation of insights to senior business leaders in a logical, concise manner; and establish appropriate metrics through use of data.
- Ensures the effectiveness of day to day operation through technologies that meet and optimize the needs of business and its various stakeholders.
- Proven track record with ideally more than 10 years of experience in various HR areas, with at least 5+ years in managerial level handling end-to-end HR operational excellence within HR Shared Services processes and practices.
- Experiences in driving transformation and implementing updated HR processes and HRIS.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in project management, organisational, analytical, and problem solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to professionally interact across all levels of stakeholders across all entities.
- Demonstrated capability to take a data-driven approach to strategy development and high process-oriented operational management.
- Strong business acumen to understand and translate business challenges and objectives.
- Strong agile mindset and passion for technology with exposures working in dynamic and complex organization structure.
- Strong data anaytics background with regards to Human Resources Management and/or People Analytics.
