You will be assigned to Qoala Plus Business Unit. Qoala Plus is one of our business units that focuses on direct promotion of our products to offline customers. You will be focusing on increasing business development activities, recruiting insurance agents and growing your team as well as overseeing their performance. They will be a competent leader able to provide guidance that enhances performance in a manner which incorporates the company’s vision and culture. The goal will be to ensure the profitability of our company’s activities to drive sustainable development and long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Supervise Business Manager team and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Recruit team member (Business Manager)
- Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers
- Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
- Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines
- Represent the company in events, conferences etc.
- Assess overall company performance against objectives
- Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and write reports
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Sales Field or Business Development
- Have a broad agent network (recruiting and maintaining agent numbers and performance).
- Preferred from General Insurance background
- Perform the ability to recruit and plan business development activities of agents
- Proven experience as business manager or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
