Responsibilities
- Assist in daily monitoring and troubleshooting voice systems.
- Maintain DBSI Voice systems and deal with any technical issue
- Meeting with IT managers to determine the DBSI Voice system needs
- Perform system analysis, which includes requirement definition, interfacing with business group, and providing cost benefit analysis.
- Review, design, plan, implement, and manage Voice systems in all Bussiness Unit.
- Support any project related to voice systems
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years working experience
- University Graduate from any discipline
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and high initiative
- Able to work as a team
