- Liaise with facility management vendors, stakeholders, and third parties
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office leases
- Manage financial and human resources inquiries for all office equipment to update and maintain office policies as necessary
- Manage office GA budget, and ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Becoming a bridge to functions within business with senior leadership stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of accumulative experience handling general & office administrative duties
- Fluent in Mandarin & English is a MUST for this position
