- Developing and implementing strategies to maximise network expansion in Indonesia
- Identifying new market potentials to ensure best market penetration can be achieved
- Accomplishing business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans
- Providing insights for new business opportunities and leading the team to execute strategies
- Establishing strong connections with potential/existing stakeholders to create value
- Driving the feasibility study of potential new dealer partners to join the business
- Responsible for overall Indonesia sales performance
- Prepare the annual budget and detail business plan including yield monitoring analysis, quarterly accounts and management reports.
- Make full use of market intelligence such as competitors, product profile and product price to enlarge market share
This role is based in Jakarta we are only looking for Indonesian nationals. Fluency in English and Bahasa is a must. The successful individual must also have excellent organisational and people skills, project & planning management skills with an ability to openly convey information to team members in a timely, concise manner.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- A minimum 15 years experience as Sales/Marketing/Business Development in Construction Industry
- Having strong integrity and work ethics.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with and influence a diverse population, multiple levels of an organisation and various cross-functions
- Demonstrated leadership skills
