Job Descriptions
- Develop and implement product strategies consistent with the company vision
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products
- Work with Director, Head of Product, and senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
- Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD)
- Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
- Make creative recommendations to expand the product base and vision
- Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end-users
- A Bachelor’s / Master’s degree, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Product Manager or 1 years as Product Manager
- Experience in product lifecycle management
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SCRUM Framework
- Critical Thinking & Creative thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Background in software development and engineer is preferred
- Experience using Analytics tools and SQL is preferred
