Position Objective/Expectation
- Support to overseeing working standards of cloud-based systems.
Job Responsibilities
- Answering inbound support requests (via Tickets, Chat, Phone) and efficiently resolving the issue, referring to colleagues for expert assistance or escalating where the issue relates to platform performance.
- Service Enablement; when required deliver real-time deployment support to customers via phone/Teamviewer to onboard services such a Zimbra, RushFiles (Cloud Fileserver) and Acronis CloudBackup.
- Other related tasks as assigned
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Bachelor degree from IT related major
・Business level in English
・ Have experience as IT Engineer Cloud in similar area of IT Industry
・Have knowledge of Cloud-technology (VPS and Hosting)
・Have knowledge of Domain and DNS Record
・Basic Computer Networking knowledge
・Basic Linux and Windows-based knowledge
・Have IT Certificate MCSE, CCNA, or RHCE
・Good communication, good teamwork, also could work independently
Preferable Skill / Experience
・Can speak Japanese is an advantage
・Have knowledge of Platform ODIN, Zimbra, Acronis, Spamexpert, Rushfiles, Virtuozzo, Freshwork, and Cloudbric is an advantage
