- To handle all administrative work and to ensure the smooth running operation of the department under the supervision of the Director of Sales & Marketing.
- To assist and responsible for administrative and general assignments from the Director of Sales & Marketing
- To ensure efficiency of the administration of the department
- To cooperate with other departments in order to ensure the smooth operation and the management of the hotel
- Will function under the purview of the Director of Sales & Marketing.
- To keep herself acquainted with the Director of Sales & Marketing’s activities in order to assist in discerning priorities as well as assist other sales team members whenever necessary.
- To prepare respective schedules and reports that will be internally distributed or submitted to ACCOR Head Office or any relevant companies.
- Assist in the packing of materials when required, eg. Hotel brochures, sales kits etc.
