Antiviral Marketing (Country Brand Manager) - is responsible for handling specific Portfolio in Indonesia. This position will a play pivotal role in developing and executing overall Pfizer commercial strategy and tactics, working closely with and reporting to Category Lead. This position will actively take a leading role to shape Pfizer portfolio strategy, both innovative and established brand, channel strategy, development of innovative access solutions, key stakeholder management, and product life cycle management (incl. new product launch planning).
- Brand Management: Development and implementation of brand strategies and tactics for designated products including private market, government (tender/JKN) and Institution/B2B market
- Deliver Sales target working closely with sales team, KAM and cross-functional team
- Hold Secondary accountability for commercial expense: Plans/forecasts, spends, and tracks brand budgets
- Customer Development & Key Stakeholder Management: Identify, develop and manage effective relationships with KOLs and customers for targeted market
- Drive innovation in market and sales operation including digital marketing, laymen awareness campaign and customer engagement and Go-to-market solutions
- Develop access solutions to increase coverage of the product to middle class in private market and JKN
- Close collaboration with Regional Therapeutic Area Read and Global Brand Team to maximally leverage global assets and learnings from other countries to develop and drive growth
- Sets a long-term vision and strategic roadmap for product market development working with Category Lead
- Ensure high standards of compliance to norms, policies and procedures
- A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or Science/Pharmacy and other further post qualifications (MBA/ Masters) will be most preferred
- Minimum 5 in commercial experience in pharma and healthcare industry
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience in Digital marketing is preferred
- Owns compliance and being a role model for others
- Fluency in English
