- Sephora is looking for a PMO Manager to join its Shared Services Team based in Jakarta Indonesia. If you are smart and ambitious with excellent technical skills, this is an exceptional opportunity to join a high functioning team of professionals who provide financial support to our retail and ecommerce teams across the region.
- Collaborating with other departments leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
- Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
- Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
- Providing financial reports and budget outlines to Executives.
- Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.
- Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
- Detecting the root cause and taking step to rectify the issue immediately
- Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
- Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous.
- A minimum of seven years' experience in the industry.
- A minimum of three year's experience in a manager position
- Have SAP FI knowledge
- Have experience in Handling Finance projects for SAP and or other ERP solution
- You will be fluent in English (written and verbal communication) – experience working or studying in an English language environment is excellent preparation for Sephora
- You are an excellent communicator with strong leadership skills – you make complex issues simple and you write and speak clearly. You build effective relationships with your peers and your internal customers
- You are highly analytical (strong attention to details and technicalities), you solve problems and you love finding better ways to do thing
- You juggle multiple responsibilities, meet tight deadline and work quickly and efficiently; you are organized, excellent at prioritizing your work tasks and you never present your manager with unwelcome surprises
- You are at ease in a matrix organization and have an entrepreneurial spirit
