- Min. Bachelor Degree in Communication (or any major)
- Ability to gather, write and edit news
- Mastering Journalistic principles and experience in Radio coverage and reportage.
- Excellent English skills (Active and Passive);
- Broad knowledge of headlines
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, digital editing, web search, databases)
- Excellent communication, lobbying, and active listening skills
- Have broad networking
- Have a good understanding of social media platforms
- Integrity and morality
- Willing to make reportase in the various media platform
- Able to work in various media platforms (print, broadcast, and digital)
