- Deep analytics on warehouse process to give strategic insights for optimizing the operational process
- Data ETL (Extraction, Transform, and Load)
- Maintain data accuracy and structure including integration between the source systems
- Run an effective Supply Chain Control Tower based on demand and supply plans
- Propose, plan, prioritize and implement solutions to improve plan accuracy, inventory availability at optimal inventory levels
- Derive action plans to solve the issues identified through the control tower and work with all stakeholders across businesses to operationalize the action plans
- Collect, analyze and transform operational data into valuable and actionable insights
- Perform analytics to plan and manage demand-supply balancing at SKU, category, and overall portfolio level
- Perform analytics-based modeling to identify the demand-supply imbalances
- Review the plan performance on an ongoing basis to proactively identify and solve the issues
- Min. Bachelor's Degree from a reputable University in any major, pref statistics or mathematics
- Excellence in Excel & other computer skills (i.e: Matlab, Python, Power BI)
- Good communication in English for speaking and writing
- Experience in planning/ supply planning / both demand and supply planning
- Good analytical thinking, and ability to actively propose and implement solutions to improve demand-supply planning
