- Work closely with management and employees by providing hands-on and strategic input, insight, and advice on people-related issues: talent management, employee relations, coaching/development, compensation, conflict management, organizational development, and training by working collaboratively with SMEs/COE.
- Play an essential role in establishing and driving HR programs/talent initiatives forward within specific company functions, while always ensuring they align with a company's business objectives
- Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as talent acquisition, talent management and development, compensation and benefits, and learning & development.
- In-depth understanding of related business
- Consult with management to review organization structure, job analyze and company business strategy
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with Management & Employee to improve work relationships and increase productivity
- Analyzing Human Resources data, highlight areas of concern and work with relevant parties on formulating and implementing effective solutions
- Drive the deployment of HR Program, tools and strategy, ensure organizations understanding and meaningful deployment
- Identify talent in every department and ensure talent development process is align with organization needs
- Provide consultation in regards with HR process, tools, and people
- Successful experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) or HR Generalist with at least 10 years of working experiences
- Well-rounded and deep knowledge of HR programs and practices that enhance business objectives and drive performance
- Proven experience in working directly or alongside business as HRBP
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end various HR functional areas such as talent acquisition, talent management, talent and people development, organization development, compensation & benefit, succession planning, performance management
- Strong analytical thinking and people skills
- Strong business acumen and awareness to understand business objectives and link to people programs
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven stakeholder management experience
- Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure effective communication
- Comfortable with both individual contributor and managing a small team
- Comfortable with full WFO arrangement in South Tangerang
