- Menyediakan pelayanan teknis dalam hal desain jaringan, implementasi, operation, support, deployment, distribusi IT network system dan server
- Melakukan instalasi, maintenance dan evaluasi IT network system Merespon dan memberikan solusi secara cepat dan tepat terhadap setiap permasalahan yang ada
- Memberikan rekomendasi atau masukan yang berkaitan dengan pengembangan sistem dan teknologi informasi
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap mesin pendukung semacam printer, scanner dan lain sebagainya
- Turut menjaga keamanan sistem dan memperbaiki bila sewaktu-waktu ada masalah pada server maupun komputer user
- Pendidikan minimal S1 jurusan Teknik Informatika, Ilmu Komputer, atau sejenisnya
- Memiliki pengalaman di bidang IT minimal 2 tahun
- Memiliki keahlian : Firewall (Fortigate), LAN, WAN, VMware, Hub/Switch, DHCP, Microsoft Office, TCP/IP, Network Security, Windows OS, Ethernet, Telephony, DNS, Gateway, Unified Communications, Wi-Fi, Microsoft Project, Disaster Recovery, VoIP, SMTP, VPN, Application Server, Virtualization
- Menguasai dan paham semua Operating System untuk PC dan Server
- Memahami dan bertanggung jawab terhadap IT Infrastruktur support
