- Participate in annual budgeting and monthly estimates process
- Maintain several separate P/Ls at one time, per product category and/or per brand for management reporting
- Consolidate the results and ensure local statutory compliance
- Business partner with the other departments to support the execution of business planning and analysis
- Participate in financial accounting activities for local and regional business needs
- Ensure all financial information is being presented on timely manner
- In-depth knowledge of all financial related matters; including but not limited to local statutory compliance
- Support any audit activity
- Any other ad-hoc assignments
- Local Indonesian only
- Prior experience within Multinational FMCG Company is a must
- Seasoned strong finance leader with can-do attitude
- Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong track record within consumer business
- Multinational company background is a must
- Experience in coaching or leading a team
- Familiar with matrix reporting structure
