- Continually improve end-to-end process with other stakeholders (particularly EPC and procurement) to improve EMS Performance
- Strengthen processes towards total robustness to prevent issue occurrence, and prevent recurrence of critical/repeated issues
- Support global initiatives to address customer issues
- Perform regular audit to warranty good execution of EMS processes
- Drive digital transformation in EMS to improve visibility and efficiency
- Scope : on site in Batam, Indonesia
- Expert level in the understanding and application of EMS Processes
- Good understanding of project management
- Ability to work with stake holder without a direct reporting structure (network management)
- Solid influencing and convincing skills
- Good oral and written communications skill
- Ability to work effectively in a high-paced environment
