RESPONSIBILITIES
- Counselling students on Australia studies, providing admission information and assist student with visa application.
- Communicating with respective Australia universities client.
- Plan, organize and implement students application and visa processing.
- Participate in exhibitions or seminar/ interview programs or other outreach activities to convert existing leads, generated by the Marketing / Manager / Other conversion generating activities.
- Conduct other activities as part of ‘after sales services’ and to maintain relationship with IDP’s current students & alumni
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Education counselling skills which include:
- Basic knowledge of Australia
- Basic knowledge of Australia culture and geographic region
- Basic knowledge of Australia university courses
- Basic knowledge of visa rules and regulations
- Required language(s): English
- Australia graduated or previous counselling activities are preferable.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Education or equivalent.
