What you will do:
- Build and maintain a good relationship with our customers (agent property and principal office)
- Call and propose our product to the customer (agent property) who has ended their subscription
- Do consultative selling by phone call based on our databases
- Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
- Remain in regular contact with our customers to understand and meet their needs
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
- Outstanding knowledge of Google Apps (Sheets, Slides, Docs, Meet) and MS. Office
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Enthusiastic and passionate
- BSc or BA in business administration, sales, or marketing
