  • Handle service maintenance routine elevator, escalator, travellator in Pontianak Area and surround that area
  • Handle callback for any problem and any urgent conditions for elevator, escalator, travellator
  • Do repairing spare part damage
  • Make report routine for service info, callback report, repair report
  • Coordination with branch office
  • Communication with customer
