Objective of the Position
This position main responsibilities are to MONITOR and EXECUTE all of the following activities:
Sales Analytics
Sales Force Excellence
To ensure company can achieve their goals as plan effectively and efficiently with maximizing SFE functions
Specific Roles & Responsibilities
Measure and report sales effectiveness performance with KPI indicators across a variety of initiatives
Provide sales data for Department Head as the base for strategy and sales execution
Monitor sales strategy and execution strategy per Business Units
Measure and analyze every sales compensation to be informed to Payroll
Provide sales data, forecasting and quota management
Process analysis and design, requirements planning, business case development, analytics support and administration support
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor degree from any major
Minimum 1-2 year experience in SFE area
Strong written and verbal communications skills (both in English and Indonesia language)
Advance on ethical product
Demonstrates initiative, strategic thinking and creative problem solving in response to the communications challenges and opportunities
Excellent project management skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work effectively under intense stress and pressure especially in a crisis/issue
Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and health issues Strong on Medical communication phrase
