Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparation, execution and follow-up of Improvement Projects within the designated work area
- Working closely with the Heads of Departments to scope out opportunities for improvement and prioritize them based on company's objectives and strategy - The Operational Excellence Roadmap
- Timely communicate progress, status, and obstacles of Improvement Projects to Project Owners and business leaders
- Coaching and facilitating teams in leading process improvement projects following the Six Sigma framework
- Liaise with Country OE Leads to arrange training sessions, workshops, and Gate Reviews of prioritized Focused Improvement Projects
- Organize, lead or assist training in Lean Six Sigma methods and concepts
- Lead or assist in complex high-priority process improvement projects across the Organization improve customer satisfaction and/or improve bottom-line results
- Must be a university graduate (S1)
- At least 3 years experience (in consulting or multinational companies) leading and delivering process improvement projects
- Having deep understanding in warehouse and logistic processes
- Strong analytical skills demonstrating ability to identify root causes of problems, generate and evaluate creative alternative solutions, and implement problem resolutions quickly and effectively with fact-based decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and spoken English), capability to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages
- Comfortable to work in a very dynamic business environment and capability to develop and execute priorities with rapidly changing business priorities.
- Tech savvy with very good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Willing to work in Bekasi Warehouse.
- Previous experience in the retail or e-commerce industry will be an added advantage.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus.
