Join our dedicated Sea Logistics Customer Care team in Birmingham and play a key role in the transportation of our customers' goods on their journey across the globe, ensuring attention to detail and excellent customer service.
YOUR ROLE
You will support + where relevant, lead a team supporting our customers by providing a best-in-class onboarding experience. Utilizing your strong system + process knowledge, you will ensure clients are set-up correctly to ensure a full uptake of, + satisfaction with, our products, services + features.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- To govern solutions proposed by sales to our potential customers ensuring they are documented + priced.
- To direct sales in the creation of customer facing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), ensuring all required details are captured.
- To capture, document + off shore customized customers' reports to hosted services team.
- To create plans, project manage + govern the onboarding + implementation of all customers.
- To govern + sign off on the completeness of SOP + translation of SOP into working instructions for all customers.
- To ensure the setup of customer master data across all KN systems + provide Welcome Package.
- To ensure a high level of care for the first order, follow-up of the first order + document customer feedback + then handover full ownership of operational management + documentation to the CCL.
- To perform SOP + working instruction familiarization, training to internal stakeholders + share relevant information to overseas colleagues.
- To drive constant improvement of the SOP + working instructions through periodic reviews.
- Strong focus on customer + stakeholder relationships
- Strong time management
- Able to converse fluently in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Minimum of 5 years' experience of all aspects of Sea Logistics forwarding.
- 3 + year experience as supervisor.
- Familiar with Kuehne+Nagel tools, products
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Proven analytical & problem solving skills
