- Coordinate with team to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria
- Manage and implement end-to-end recruitment process (including but not limited to job posting, HR Interview Technical Test, User Interview, Offering, Psychotest, Referencee & Background Checking, Create contract for new employee, and onboarding process)
- Design, develop, and implement internal HR policies aligned with company’s objectives and requirements
- Employee orientation, ensuring that the new employees are educated with the process, HR procedures and Company Policies
- Monitors Human Resources Information Data (Recruitment) by maintenance of every departments or team’s manpower line-ups (per dept/team), or divisions structure
- Conduct performance management for all employees by using KPI to evaluate employee performance for effectiveness and efficiency in accordance to the company’s objectives.
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources and administration or Psychology from a reputable university
- At least 2 years of experience within the Human Resources field with a strong knowledge of basic HR processes, tools, and instructions
- Proven communication and facilitation skills sufficiently to engage staff, adaptive and proactive approach
- Knowledge of Human Resources policy and processes, excellent skill in HR database and administrations
