- Lead and ensure the achievement of export Sales volume and margin budget
- Negotiation and deal with key customer
- Finding new customers and new areas in accordance with the approved budget.
- Developing markets through new customers and new distributors.
- Manage the trading term (credit term, payment term, etc.) approved by the credit committee.
- Achieve the targeted sales volume and gross margin target (by area / by key account) with the development of potential sales (geographic), distributorship, supporting the agreed promotion program in order to support the achievement of the overall sales target.
- Establish and monitor new distributors / agents, foster good relationships, motivate, decide and monitor the achievement of the target of each distributor / agent in its area, in order to support the achievement of the target distributors / agents so as to achieve the overall target.
- Make periodic reports of achievement of sales area responsibility in order to provide accurate information for superiors for decision-making / strategy.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by paying attention to product quality, on time delivery, lead time delivery, effective complaint handling, optimal stock availability in order to maintain customer loyalty.
- Make an effective promotional cost proposal to superiors, improve cost efficiency in order to maintain expenditure within the specified budget.
- Monitoring and controlling A / R overdue, pressing bad debt to zero, in order to maintain business liquidity
- Ensure that existing global brands are registered with the appropriate authorities in the area
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management, Economics or equivalent
- Having min 5- 6 years of working experience as International Business
- Having experience to handling China Market
- Fluent in English, can speak Mandarin could be an advantages
- Good in communication skill and analytical thinking
- Willing to be located in Head Office Jakarta
