Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :
- Melakukan input transaksi masuk dan keluarnya barang sesuai SOP administrasi warehouse.
- Memastikan laporan-laporan terkait warehouse diselesaikan tepat waktu dan akurat.
- Memastikan arsip administrasi warehouse lengkap dan rapi.
- Bertanggungjawab atas akurasi data yang telah diinput di sistem sama dengan fisik barang yang ada di Warehouse Cabang
- Lulusan SMA dan disukai fresh graduated Sarjana
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja di bidang warehouse lebih disukai
- Terbiasa dengan pekerjaan menggunakan komputer dan microsoft office
- Memiliki kemampuan administrasi dan arsip dengan baik
- Memahami dasar-dasar sistem pengendalian internal ('internal control system') agar dapat memahami SOP dengan baik.
- Memiliki semangat kerjasama tim.
- Dapat mempertahankan kualitas kerja saat harus memenuhi tenggat waktu tutup buku.
