Responsibilities:
- Provide daily monitoring, weekly sales report and consolidate weekly sales tracker update from Group Direct and Intermediary Sales
- Liaise with Corporate Business Ops Team for AAJI License & QP user ID of Group Sales
- Proposal translation (Indonesian to English)
- Any preparation needed for sales training/meeting such as venue booking/online invitation, scheduling, e-certificate, gimmick, e-flyer etc
- Create Closer of The Day e-Flyer for every case
- Support broker team if needed
- Provide basic info on every client: LOB, brand
- Final year student
- familiar in Excel Formulas
- Interest in Admin field, especially in sales
- willing to learn new things
