- Develop an annual plan and budget developments for sub-department to align with department-wide's strategy including ensuring budget adherence to the approved budget and revenue
- Lead SOPs development and amendment to ensure all SOPs align with business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Track operating progress and result against annual plan and KPIs to ensure targets are met; develop action plans as needed
- Lead the identification of innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
- At least 7 years of working experience in Airline Cargo/Airfreight
- Possess a recognized Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or any related field
