Job Description

  • Ensure the availability of Service Installation Documents (such as: client’s contract, client’s number sticker, ecoBali sticker, sorting form, survey form, etc).
  • Ensure the availability of driver’s working equipment (such as: name tag, truck phone’s credit, office phone’s credit).
  • Responsible for manual data change in the driver list.
  • Doing daily confirmation towards the driver for given “Daily Notes”.
  • Doing confirmation towards the driver and logistics should there be complaints, and forward it to Customer Service for customer update.
  • Archiving contracts, invoices, and receipts inputted to the system.
  • Making service negotiations/quotations (business category), events, and BCU, to be forwarded to the customer service.
  • Do stock counting (opname) logistics
  • Doing coordinations with driver coordinator to make pre-orders based on need and accept/forward it to accounting
  • Bachelor's Degree of all major welcome to apply.
  • Min. experience 1 year, but fresh graduate very welcome to apply.
  • Able to work in team or individually.
  • Adaptive and quick learner.
  • Domicile in Bali or willing to be placed in Bali
