As a Business Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for developing communications plans, policies, standards, material, and content in specific area of expertise to increase awareness and engagement of the ABB brand globally with internal/external stakeholders. Reporting to Local Division Controller oversee all performing analyses of business performance versus budget and forecast and proposes improvement actions.
Your responsibilities
- Performing benchmarking of key performance indicators with external and internal peers
- Working with other finance professionals in Divisions/Regions/Countries/Functions to understand and analyze the drivers of financial performance and identify trends
- Supporting preparation of relevant organization financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Validating accuracy of financial data and business information and reports by performing reconciliations and review of exceptions
- Providing information to management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations
- Optimizing own performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications, coordinating information requirements
- Ensuring processes and controls within own area of responsibility are de-signed and implemented in line with Group and unit requirements
- Maintaining proper audit trail and documentation for future tax/ internal/external audits and reviews
- Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounting
- About 3-5 years’ experience in finance analyst and or project controller
- Ability to communicate with functional managers and effectively explain analysis etc
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office especially Power point and excel
- Knowledge in SAP is preferred
- Fluent in English and Bahasa
