- Regulations, including regulations for applicable advertising, marketing and consumer protection laws
- Providing legal feedback and input on products, identify potential risks and recommending appropriate mitigation strategies, and reviewing user experience to ensure legal compliance and necessary disclosures
- Serve as a liaison across teams and work with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate and mitigate issues for the introduction of new financial products and services
- Collaborate closely with the tech team to provide legal advice on privacy policies, data protection, and data governance requirements
- Drafting, reviewing and amending corporate agreements, documents and contracts
- Conducting research on legal issues and drafting necessary memos on legal advice
- Drafting applicable provisions of agreements with partners, customers, and consultant
- Assist in enforcing company policies and ensure changes to policies, procedures, regulations and guidelines are suitably documented and communicated to staff in a timely and effective manner
- Interface with appropriate regulatory agencies and manage external counsel as necessary.
- Attending, take minutes, and acting as adviser to the directors’ and members’ meetings
- At least 2 Years of working experience in the related fields is required for this position.
- Degree in law, business administration, or similar
- Strong knowledge of the regulatory environment of the financial services industry in Indonesia.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Willing to be located in South Jakarta
