Job Description

The Role & Scope
  • Manage 20 to 40 closed accounts to continue upselling and troubleshooting
  • Be a trusted partner and advocate for 20-40 customers
  • Build strong happy customers relationships to achieve long-term success
  • Identify opportunities
  • Meet with interested companies to understand their business plans, priorities and requirements in detail.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and to draft plan on how Xendit can continue to support and to close deals.
  • Monitor and manage customers' health
  • Propose, lead and contribute to team projects to refine our sales process.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders (eg: product, compliance) to represent client needs.
  • Do whatever it takes to make Xendit succeed.

  • Able to showcase independence & efficiency, in terms of strategizing and managing deals.
What we're looking for

Experience
  • Have at least 1-3 years of account management experience, with a history of top tier performance.
  • Have experience and passion in supporting and handling Mandarin-speaking merchants.
  • Have strong presentation skills, both during in-person meetings and over-conference calls.
  • Take a well-planned and organised approach towards all work that you do.
  • Are able to understand and communicate complex information with external and internal stakeholders, to manage expectations.
  • Can effectively operate in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

Relevant Skills
  • Must - Is fluent in English and M, with other languages as optional.
  • Optional - Have prior experience in the payments industry. This will be nice to have but is not necessary.
  • Optional - Able to understand APIs and explain in basic technical terms.
