Responsibilities
- To perform thorough control assurance checking for CBG branches (Service and Sales) with high process complexity
- To supervise independent Sales Surveillance for CBG branches selling investment product
- Assurance testing is carried out periodically covering CBG branches and sales person in Sales & Distribution and Wealth Management
- Satisfactory audit rating
- To perform thorough control assurance checking for CBG branches (Service and Sales) with high process complexity
- To supervise independent Sales Surveillance Call for CBG branches selling investment product, to check customer understanding on product risk and ensure validity of customer instruction
- To direct and ensure that outsourcing staff perform Sales Surveillance Call appropriately
- To ensure all issues (including respective internal/ external audit issues) are addressed and properly tracked, followed up and completed in timely manner
- To escalate gross misconduct to QA Head in timely manner
- To master regulations, policies and procedures applicable for CBG
- To ensure CBG obtain at least satisfactory result in both internal and external audits
- As per HR timeline, complete performance management and PA for self in consultation with direct supervisor.
- To support other tasks assigned e.g. BHC/SHC performance improvement
- Having experience at least 5 years in the banking and finance industry
- Possess administrative competencies which includes more specifically
- Possess Communication Competencies that comprise of
