Job Description
- Assist client to all inquiries about product knowledge
- Support and give problem-solving to clients
- Educate client on how using product feature
- The Senior level will handle Premium Support Services
- Handle Premium Support for Enterprise clients through several channel: Call, WA Group, Live Chat / Email (Longer availability, possibility for 24/7 shift)
- At least final year student or fresh graduate from all major
- Fast learner and independent
- Having passion to help client
- Having good communication skill
- Eager to learn product knowledge
