Job Description
- Deeply understand and integrate CRM business from data pespective, analyze and spot risks in daily business operation and core business data, and assist business unit to find out solutions and optimization plans
- Assist to build business analysis system, including core business indicator system, PnL report system, special case/project analysis, etc., through data processing, analysis, modeling, forecasting, and other work;
- Carry out strategic research, participate in strategic projects and evaluate the effect
- Cooperate with other related departments to driver user growth together.
- Bachelor's degree required; Finance, economics, IT, or Statistics related major preferred;
- Equipped with logical thinking, high work efficiency, quick learning ability, good communication skills, and teamwork spirit; can handle a certain degree of pressure from work;
- Experience in e-commerce user growth preferred
- Equipped with good data sensitivity and analysis skills; know how to use analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, Hive, Spark, Flink, and other big data technologies, and understand common machine learning models preferred;
- Can speak and understand a little Chinese preferred
