- Manage all accounting division staff and operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, General Ledger and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Revenue Recognition and Tax
- Responsible to manage the Regulatory Reporting
- Responsible for the completion of monthly, quarterly and year-end closing and Balance sheet and P&L record submissions, Budget and Forecast Submissions
- Lead and ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting, also manage and comply with government and regulatory reporting requirements and tax filings
- Assist in the implementation of accounting IT systems to reduce manual input
- Being a champion of continuous improvement within the Finance division
- Ad-hoc assignments
- 10 years of working experience within all areas of Finance and Accounting in Banking Industry
- Professional certifications i.e CA, CPA, ACCA is highly preferable
- Solid knowledge of and possess the ability to IFRS and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Strong knowledge of taxation
- Good leadership skills and initiative to drive changes that impact the entire organisation's, including the ability to influence and motivate others, not limited to conflict resolution.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Interest in digital bank business and environment is a MUST
