- The COO's main responsibilities includes:
- managing, advising, and supporting each country market to achievement of top and bottom line annual performance targets
- ensuring group wide operating synergies through shared resource allocation, common operating protocols, and cost efficiency measures.
- Reporting directly to the COO will be the Country Director of each major market including Indonesia, Philippines, and Thailand. In turn, each Country Director is responsible for overseeing their own large country team often exceeding 100 staff per country.
- Ideal age range 30-40
- Track record of success as a leader, manager, tactician
- Strong understanding of the logistics industry
- Exposure to a technology environment
- Undergraduate GPA of at least 3.3
- Masters or advanced degree from overseas university
- Able to relocate to Jakarta, Indonesia
- Fluent English
- Expatriates are Open to Apply
