Job Description

As talent acquisition and development manager, your responsibility will include, but not limited to:
  • Handling talent-related inquires, such as development plans and acquisition.
  • Working alongside other teams within the HR team to create a healthy and dynamic HR function.
  • Pinpointing possible talents within the workforce and creating a personalised improvement plans.
  • Creating and building the soft-skill training curriculum that develops the workforce.
  • Ensuring compliance and discipline in regards of the training and development plans.

In order to be a successful candidate, you must possess:
  • Minimum of 5 years in training, L&D, or talent management division
  • Experienced in leadership, such as being a senior staff or supervisor position
  • Previous experience in creating TNA, curriculum, and materials for training
  • Previous experience in catering and creating personalised improvement plans for each talents pinpoint by the team
  • Ability to create a manpower planning plan
  • Ability to find and build relationship with third-party vendor for training needs
