- Handling talent-related inquires, such as development plans and acquisition.
- Working alongside other teams within the HR team to create a healthy and dynamic HR function.
- Pinpointing possible talents within the workforce and creating a personalised improvement plans.
- Creating and building the soft-skill training curriculum that develops the workforce.
- Ensuring compliance and discipline in regards of the training and development plans.
In order to be a successful candidate, you must possess:
- Minimum of 5 years in training, L&D, or talent management division
- Experienced in leadership, such as being a senior staff or supervisor position
- Previous experience in creating TNA, curriculum, and materials for training
- Previous experience in catering and creating personalised improvement plans for each talents pinpoint by the team
- Ability to create a manpower planning plan
- Ability to find and build relationship with third-party vendor for training needs
- Candidate will be working in a multinational environment
